Download invoice as PDF.
Generates a bilingual Arabic/English PDF using the invoice_ar template.
The PDF is cached in Cloudflare R2 for subsequent downloads.
Pass ?regenerate=true to force re-generation after the invoice or
its underlying order's payment_status changes.
