Fetch full delivery details from the carrier that owns this shipment.
Path stays /bosta-details for hub back-compat, but it now resolves
the shipment's real carrier — asking Bosta about a Mylerz waybill
returned nothing useful. Carriers without get_delivery return 501.
P1/P3 rename this to a carrier-neutral path.
