Record an out-of-band payment against an order

Attach a receipt and the amount paid; the balance follows.

The amount is the merchant's, not the image's — nothing reads the
screenshot. When the running total reaches the order's collectible
total, the order is marked paid through the same helper the
"Mark as paid" button uses.
